Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in New York to warmly welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You’ll engage with customers daily, support multiple departments, and contribute to a friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties.
• Lifting up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional service.
• Help locate and handle merchandise for customers.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time delivery.
• Cross-train in other areas to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
