Qualifications

• 6 months' computer experience including basic data entry.
• 6 months' experience with retail tech (smartphone/tablet).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint paint).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
