Job summary

Lowe’s in-store is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and assist with merchandise placement and checkout.

Responsibilities include stocking, assisting across departments, processing orders, and supporting store operations to meet daily customer needs. Prior experience in retail and a bilingual ability are valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
