Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find products for home improvement projects. You will interact with customers throughout the day and support departments across the store to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer use (6 months)
• Experience with retail technology (6 months)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to improve service
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe, etc.)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
