Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience across multiple departments. You’ll engage daily with customers, answer questions, and process orders with accuracy.

The role supports part-time to flexible scheduling and includes access to Lowe’s benefits and educational programs. Bilingual skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic ability.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties as needed.
• Minimum lifting 25 lbs unassisted or with help.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service.
