Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement projects. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure needs are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and cross-training in other store areas to deliver outstanding service. Prior experience in retail and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information).
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
