Job summary

Lowe’s is hiring a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure their needs are met throughout the shopping experience. You’ll interact with customers, stock shelves, and assist with checkout in a fast-paced retail environment.

All-day customer interaction, with opportunities to learn multiple departments and skills, including product knowledge and basic merchandising. The role supports a flexible schedule and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties as required.
• Minimum 25 lb lift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing items.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
