Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of computer use (input, access, modify, or output information)
• 6 months experience with retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic abilities

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Restock shelves and identify empty spaces for replenishment.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet customer expectations.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Assist customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
