Lowe's in Reynoldsburg is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience across departments. You will listen to customers, answer questions, and perform duties that support store operations.

The role involves assisting with merchandise, processing orders, and collaborating with teammates to deliver outstanding service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross‑functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
