Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Piscataway, NJ to warmly welcome customers and help them find the right products for home improvement. You’ll listen, answer questions, and keep shelves organized while delivering friendly service.

The role offers part-time scheduling, on-site work, and opportunities to grow through training and the Track to the Trades program; prior retail or bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves by replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
