Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will handle merchandise, respond to questions, and support multiple departments as needed to deliver top-notch service.

Role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and using common retail tech. This position offers part-time options with benefits as part of Lowe's employment programs.

Formación

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to support customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (paint tinting, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
