Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Voorhees Township, New Jersey, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers find the right home improvement products and services. You will greet customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will spend time assisting with product selection, stocking, and processing orders while rotating through departments to deliver outstanding service in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic software.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a retail environment with varying duties.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and selecting merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to meet expectations.
• Cross-train in other stores areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
