Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to warmly welcome shoppers, assist with product selection, and ensure a smooth checkout experience across departments. You will respond to questions, locate merchandise, and support daily store operations with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Preferred candidates bring basic computer and retail tech familiarity, the ability to stand for long periods, and a willingness to cross-train in different areas. A bilingual edge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods
• Minimally lift 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas of the store
• Operate department-specific tasks (e.g., tint mix, cut pipes) as needed
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
