Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find products, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers daily, support multiple departments, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with locating items, stocking, processing orders, and collaborating with team members to deliver outstanding service. Prior experience in retail and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction)
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
