Job summary

Lowe's in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, professional service.

You will work across departments, stock, process orders and deliveries, and participate in cross-training; part-time roles with benefits include health insurance, tuition assistance, and a 10% associate discount.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for long periods and perform duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise and replenish shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other areas to support customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., tint paint, cut pipe)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
