Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with prolonged standing/sitting
• Minimally lift 25 lbs
• 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience
• Bi-lingual skills
• Trade certification in department (optional)

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Replenish shelves and stocking areas
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint tint/mix, pipe work, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
