Job summary

Lowe's in Marquette, MI is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate. You will welcome customers, help them find the right products, and solve home improvement challenges with friendly, knowledgeable service.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer; inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods and perform duties as required.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to enhance customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, etc.).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
