Job summary

Lowe's in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products. You will answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, and ensure a friendly shopping experience throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer.
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock refresh and replenish shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare merchandise in your department according to customer needs.
