Qualifications

• Six months experience using a computer (inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information)
• Six months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or more with accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock replenishment by identifying empty shelf spaces and restocking supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt of merchandise
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer service
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut/bundle wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
