Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer
• 6 months of experience using common retail technology (smartphones/tablets)
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to stand or sit prolonged periods and perform job duties

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Replenish stock and keep shelves organized
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service quality
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (paint, pipes, wood, drywall)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
