Job summary

Laundry Capital is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a part-time, in-person role at our Bronx location. As a CSA, you will help customers with laundry cards, machine selection, and product purchases, while assisting with wash-and-fold orders and daily store operations.

The role emphasizes friendly customer service, accurate POS operation, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Operate the register/point-of-sale system accurately.
• Keep retail items neatly stocked and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Report maintenance issues using log books and notify supervisors of safety concerns.
• Follow safety practices and company policies; maintain a clean, safe store environment.
