Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic required.
• Able to stand for long periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers to Lowe's and delivers friendly, professional service.
• Helps customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Processes orders and deliveries accurately for on-time arrival.
• Cross-trains in other store areas to improve service quality.
• Prepares department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood).
• Guides customers through shopping or checkout.
