Lowe's is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to welcome and assist customers with their home improvement needs. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience in-store.

The role offers flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities to learn trade-related skills through Lowe's Track to the Trades program. Benefit options and associate discounts are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing and other activities.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise and replenish supplies on shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service delivery.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/tube pipe, cut wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
