Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization to optimize shopping experience.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and timely.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service.
• Assist with department setup (e.g., tint/mix paint, hardware needs) and guide customers at checkout.
