Job summary

Big Lots is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and process transactions at the POS. You will help maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with unloading deliveries as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong customer focus and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
