Qualifications

• Six months of computer experience including data entry and retrieval.
• Six months of experience with common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Help customers locate and select merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe fittings).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
