You may work across departments such as Appliances, Hardware, Plumbing, and more, with daily duties that include answering questions, stocking shelves, processing orders, and supporting checkout operations. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and retail technology.
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted.
• Flexibility for standing or sitting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
