Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and help them find the right home improvement products with friendly, practical support. You'll work in-store, assist with locating items, process orders and deliveries, and participate in cross-training across departments to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience with a computer and basic operations.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare merchandise in department (e.g., paint, plumbing, lumber).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
