Job summary

Lowe's in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products for home improvement projects. You will engage shoppers, answer questions, and ensure a friendly, efficient experience across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer and basic data entry.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones and tablets).
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed to keep displays organized.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., paint, pipes, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
