Job summary

ProCare Rx in Gainesville, GA is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls and resolve client issues. Training runs 9:00AM–6:00PM for the first weeks, with regular shift 1:00PM–10:00PM and weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• PBM/pharmacy tech or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with scheduled hours.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and courteously answer inbound telephone calls.
• Assess, prioritize and resolve client issues using good listening and comprehension skills.
• Escalate issues to management as appropriate.
• Document and retain all pertinent information.
