Job description

Camping World is seeking a NC CS Agent for our growing team.

Our Greenville, NC Contact Center offers a fantastic opportunity to become a key partner in our company's growth. We are looking for driven and high-energy Customer Service Representatives responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing questions or concerns about orders or product information.

What You'll Do:
  1. Answer interactions (phone calls, emails, live chats) and respond to customer requests.
  2. Assist customers with order entry and status inquiries.
  3. Recognize and report trends in customer calls to supervisors.
  4. Suggest process improvements.
  5. Build rapport with customers using courteous, friendly, and professional communication.
  6. Participate in various special projects as assigned.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience and/or 1-2 years related experience; call center experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for all organizational levels.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn in-house software.
  • Interest in marine, watersports, hunting, camping, and fishing products.
  • Availability to work from 12 pm to 9 pm, including weekends and holidays.
Pay Range:

$17.10-$20.70 Hourly
