Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. is seeking an on-site, full-time Customer Service and Billing Specialist. This position is responsible for maintaining consignor and customer details on the auction platform, administering auctions, producing invoices, collecting and reconciling customer payments, providing customers with accurate information regarding auction sales, and directing customer questions about certain auction lots to the appropriate team member. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills, and must enjoy working with people. This position is based in our Towson & Cockeysville offices. Normal scheduled hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
