Job Description:

What You'll Do

• Oversee fee billing to business partners (Processors, Financial Institutions, Merchants) and lead cross-functional process improvement projects within the Payments Network.
• Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management.

How You'll Do It

• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects within systems, processes, and templates.
• Manage billing communications and inquiries.
• Act as Billing SME for fees billing across the network.

Qualifications You'll Need

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Continuous Improvement, Accounting, Project Management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Billing, Financial Services, Business, Continuous Improvement, or related fields.

In Lieu of Education Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Billing, Financial Services, Business, Continuous Improvement, or related fields.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements

• Primarily stationary work, performed indoors in an office setting.
• Ability to operate office equipment like computers, phones, printers, and calculators.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary ranges from $77,500 to $131,500, with additional incentives. Benefits include Paid Parental Leave, PTO, 401(k), health insurance, disability and life insurance, recognition programs, education assistance, commuter benefits, family support, and employee stock purchase plans.
