Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Idaho Falls to deliver exceptional front-line service to travelers. You will greet passengers, issue tickets, assist with seating and baggage, and rebook as needed, ensuring a quick, friendly experience.

The role requires a passion for customer service, adherence to safety and company policies, and the ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid, unrestricted state-issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
• Lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• This position requires a flexible schedule, including split shifts that may occur during early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time and full-time positions may be available.
• $14.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, assist customers who arrive without their luggage, and rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Assist special-needs passengers and resolve customer complaints.
• Communicate clearly with ground personnel and flight crews.
• Calmly handle situations such as canceled and delayed flights.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Job Duties

As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide excellent front-line service to our passengers.
