Job summary

Enterprise Mobility at Fargo Hector International Airport is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Agent to greet customers and assist with Emerald Aisle rentals. You will provide friendly, efficient service throughout the car rental process and help customers select vehicles based on program guidelines.

Responsibilities include accurately preparing rental documents, verifying reservations, answering questions, and guiding customers with directions and local information.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greets and answers customer questions and provides assistance based on each customer’s needs and requests, by brand.
• Identifies and attends to the customer by name, verifies rental agreement and reservation.
• Ensures a pleasant, smooth and efficient handling of the rental for each customer by assisting in the exchange and return processes.
• Resolves issues in a fair and equitable manner to ensure continued customer loyalty.
• Makes eye contact and greets all customers; thanks each customer at the conclusion of their transaction.
• Provides all customers with undivided attention while assisting them.
• Prepares all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
• Offers customers directions, maps, and local information.
• Reviews rental parameters to ensure understanding of rates and service charges.
• Ensures return date/time on rental agreement is accurate.
• Reviews charges at vehicle return.
• Prepares the Rental Agreement Folder with required information.
• Answers the telephone in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
• Maintains the appearance of the rental counters and customer areas.
• Ensures the counter is stocked with supplies and maintains a clean area.
• Assists customers in the queue to minimize wait time.
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
