Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Service Agent in Hobbs, NM to greet customers, assist with Emerald Aisle rentals and ensure quick, friendly service throughout the car rental process.

You will help members choose vehicles, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a welcoming counter environment while upholding company standards. Benefits include PTO, employee discount, retirement plan, health benefits, life insurance, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations in past 3 years; no disqualifying offenses in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and answers questions; assists in Emerald Aisle rental process.
• Ensures smooth and efficient handling of rentals and returns.
• Prepares rental documents accurately and completely.
• Maintains neat and orderly rental counters and customer areas.
• Provides directions and area information to customers; helps resolve issues fairly.
• Assists with daily counter operations and keeps supplies stocked.
