Enterprise Mobility's National/Alamo brand at Boise Airport is hiring an Exit Booth Agent to deliver friendly, efficient service for rental customers.

You will greet Emerald Aisle members, assist with vehicle selection, prepare rental documents, and keep the booth neat and stocked. This full-time role pays $16.50 per hour with benefits including PTO, health and retirement plans, and employee rental discounts; weekend scheduling applies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately.
• Verify car information and VIN for security and control.
• Offer Emerald Aisle refueling option to members.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding areas.
• Ensure Exit Booth is stocked with supplies and present a neat image.
• Greet and assist customers, and thank them at the end of transactions.
• Provide directions and local information; resolve customer issues.
• Perform other duties to meet service levels and participate in training and development.
