Homewood-Flossmoor Park District is seeking an Athletic Instructor to lead athletic programs under the Recreation Supervisor. You will create lesson plans, supervise assistants, and ensure safe, engaging activity for participants on-site.

You will enforce district policies, maintain equipment, and foster positive relationships with the public while delivering quality recreation experiences.

Qualifications

• Instruct, organize youth sports programs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor, the Athletic Instructor shall be responsible for the instructional phase of any athletic or sport-oriented program, enforcing Park District policies regarding programs, conducting a safe and beneficial program, and act in the best interest of the Park District while on duty.
