Midwest Express Co. is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Elk Grove Village, IL to support the Operations Team and manage customer and staff communications. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, responsive status updates, and a team-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Start time is 08:00, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $19 per hour and weekly payroll. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance after 90 days and PTO benefits.
