Job summary

Midwest Express Co. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Linehaul Driver to ensure timely freight pickups and deliveries. You will operate late-model sleeper tractors, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with dispatch to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 22 yrs old with 2 years of over the road driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailers safely and efficiently on assigned local routes
• Perform timely pickup and delivery of freight
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours and vehicle maintenance as required by company policy.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow route schedules to optimize delivery times and maintain service reliability.

JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, late model sleeper tractor (24/7/365 Penske Service), $0.725 w/o haz $0.745/mile with haz, PAID WEEKLY. START TIME OF 2200. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE
