You will support hazardous waste logistics, interact with hospitals by phone and email, and help resolve requests. The role offers full-time hours, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data to support decisions and process improvements.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including rare weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support all customer service and administrative functions related to hazardous waste logistics, including manifests, route books, and coordination with third-party incinerators.
• Serve as the first point of contact for hospitals and healthcare facilities via phone and email.
• Investigate and resolve customer requests and complaints using Salesforce.
• Coordinate with production and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Create and distribute manifests, tracking forms, and process documents.
• Assist with daily routing logistics and inventory coordination.
• Collaborate across departments to manage account changes and generate reports.
• Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends and improve service delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Support all customer service and administrative functionsrelated to hazardous waste logistics, including preparing and closing manifests, creating route books, scheduling with third-party incinerators, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Serve as the first point of contact for hospitals and healthcare facilities via phone and email
• Investigate and resolve customer requests and complaints using Salesforce
• Coordinate with production and transport teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Create and distribute manifests, tracking forms, and process documents
• Support daily routing logistics and inventory coordination
• Collaborate across departments to manage account changes and generate reports

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed (rare)

$20.13 - $22.25 an hour

The pay range for this position is $20.13 to $22.25

per hour. Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
