Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Catonsville, MD seeks a Customer Service Advisor to deliver excellent service, open new deposit accounts, and drive referrals for banking products. You will support CSR tasks and assist customers with transactions while upholding security and policy standards.

Responsibilities include outbound outreach for onboarding, promoting bank products, and building relationships with customers and partners to grow Retail banking relationships.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations to assess financial needs and refer to business partners for product promotions.
• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and manage a cash drawer with proper balancing.
• Promote bank products and perform referrals to internal/external partners.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and bank policies.
• Meet production and referral goals through customer consultations and outbound calls.
