Job summary

obvious.corporate in Portugal seeks a dedicated service agent to assist customers with inquiries about banking partnerships and rewards. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a friendly, accurate, and compliant experience for German and English speakers.

This fully remote role in Portugal features rotating shifts, two days off per week, and a structured onboarding program as part of an expanding international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English.

Your Role
