Job summary

Recruityard is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists to assist business clients across Europe, delivering exceptional service via phone, email and chat. You will help users navigate digital advertising tools and self-serve platforms, supporting both pre- and post-sales activities while addressing technical issues.

You should be fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+), with strong communication, problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications
