obvious.corporate is recruiting for a client in Portugal to join a remote sales team. The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, selling cruise packages, cross-selling, and assisting with bookings and inquiries from customers and travel agents.

The candidate should have a C1 level of German and strong English (B2), plus proven sales experience and solid PC skills. Flexible hours and a positive, fast-deciding mindset are required.

Your Role

• Taking Inbound calls
• Sell cruises packages
• Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products
• Customer support for post-booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.

Your Qualifications

• C1 level of German
• Good English skills (B2)
• Sales experience is mandatory.
• good PC skills
• fast decision-maker, with positive outlook
