Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Experience assisting customers via telephone and in-person in a customer-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support including handling faxes, reporting, database maintenance, member correspondence, inventory and hospitality area upkeep.
• Customer service: assist customers with inquiries, process payments, take messages, direct calls, log service inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Deliveries to postal services; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
