Job summary

Heraeus in Santa Fe Springs, California invites you to join as a Customer Service Representative. You will manage assigned accounts through the full order cycle—from entry to shipment and invoicing—ensuring accurate data and responsive service.

You will work closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to resolve issues, analyze demand and maintain strong customer relationships in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment. This is a permanent, on-site role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer service or related operations.
• Experience with ERP and CRM tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts, onboarding and new business integration.
• Manage orders from entry to shipment and invoicing, including related inquiries; maintain accurate transactions and system updates.
• Coordinate order fulfillment across Operations, Planning, Logistics, Production, Quality, Finance, and other teams; monitor status and communicate risks and resolutions.
• Lead customer communications about operations, product availability, service performance, and issue resolution; support business reviews.
• Investigate escalated concerns and order discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor service indicators, analyze demand, orders, inventory, and prepare reports to support decisions.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities affecting performance; share insights with partners.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to support retention and growth.
• Coordinate customer requirements and changes with cross-functional teams.
• Suggest improvements to processes, systems, and customer experience.
