Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year commercial strategies for the Recycling & Refining business in alignment with Heraeus strategic objectives.
• Drive profitable growth by acquiring new precious-metal-bearing material streams and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts, territory strategies, customer growth plans, and commercial objectives, and deliver against revenue, volume, profitability, retention and business-development goals.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned strategic accounts and build long-term relationships with customer decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for increased sourcing and account growth across material streams and markets.
