Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Hopkinton, MA is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative for a manufacturing environment, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction. This temp-to-hire, on-site position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:45 PM, at a pay rate of $25.00–$32.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, quotes, and order processing; reviewing contracts; coordinating with planners and field sales; updating ERP/CRM data; and resolving issues to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and influence skills via phone, email, written, and face-to-face.
• Polished customer service and presentation skills.
• Experienced with a computerized ERP system OR CRM system.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug test

• Maintain accurate information using ERP, EDI, E-Commerce, and other business systems in support of customer service activities.
• Monitor customer websites to obtain supplier scorecard information and product demand.
• Proactively investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints.
• Keep the operations team, Market Managers, and Customer Service Manager informed of issues that may need further assistance for resolution.
