Job summary

EIS Legacy LLC is seeking a Customer Sales Support specialist to streamline the sales process, handle inquiries, and assist the front counter. This role will manage orders, maintain records, and support sales representatives to drive revenue.

You will shadow seasoned representatives, learn the product range, prepare quotes, and build lasting relationships with customers while delivering accurate, courteous service in a fast-paced environment at our Baltimore-area location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–4 years of sales or customer service experience; fastener/industrial supply experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills for diverse customers.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team-oriented with good communication; proactive and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s fastener products, applications, and industries served.
• Shadow experienced sales reps during customer interactions and site visits.
• Support quotes, sales orders, and product specifications preparation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• All other duties as assigned.
